This page is not an offer, quotation, product listing, allocation, solicitation, brokerage service or confirmation of supply. Kikan does not publicly guarantee inventory, origin, purity, volume, price, delivery, refinery acceptance or transaction completion.
Purpose
A trade inquiry is a request for review—not a purchase order.
Kikan needs to understand the party and the proposed transaction before discussing a pathway.
Initial review considers the buyer’s legal identity, authority, beneficial ownership and control, intended use, product requirement, destination, import capacity, funding readiness, settlement expectations and relevant compliance risk.
Kikan may request clarification, independent verification or professional advice, and may pause or decline an inquiry at any stage. No party should incur costs, transfer funds or make commitments unless authorized in a definitive written agreement.
Inquiry fit
Who should use this pathway.
The inquiry is intended for identifiable businesses and institutions with a defined commercial requirement and capacity to participate in due diligence.
Qualified commercial buyers
Established companies seeking a structured precious-metals supply conversation for a legitimate business purpose.
Refiners and processors
Authorized facilities or counterparties able to explain acceptance criteria, assay, settlement, compliance and delivery requirements.
Institutional counterparties
Regulated or professionally governed organizations with clear authority, beneficial ownership and decision responsibility.
Authorized representatives
Mandated representatives able to identify the principal, disclose their role and support the authority under which they act.
This pathway is not designed for anonymous buyers, retail consumers, speculative “proof of product” requests, chain-broker introductions, unsolicited mandates or parties seeking to bypass identity, source, sanctions, banking, customs or responsible-sourcing review.

Trade boundaries
What an inquiry does not establish.
A professional process protects both the buyer and the supply pathway from assumptions and premature commitments.
No website content or inquiry response confirms current inventory, allocation, price, purity, origin or delivery availability.
No submission creates exclusivity, agency, brokerage, partnership, fiduciary duty, purchase commitment or authority to represent Kikan.
No draft term, indicative discussion, sample, assay or document is final unless incorporated into an authorized definitive agreement.
No party may change counterparties, banks, accounts, routes, products, destinations or payment instructions without renewed review and approval.
No urgency, proof-of-funds claim, political connection, commission arrangement or prior transaction bypasses compliance review.
Initial trade inquiry
Present the buyer and the requirement.
Use the form for a concise, non-sensitive introduction. If the inquiry fits Kikan’s current scope, additional information may be requested through an approved process.
Do not send passports, banking credentials, account statements, proof-of-funds documents, contracts, licences, assay reports, shipment records or confidential counterparty information through this initial form.
Information is submitted for initial inquiry review only. Review the Privacy Policy. Submission does not create buyer approval, confidentiality or a transaction commitment.
Risk signals
Patterns that require caution.
A single concern may require clarification; multiple or severe concerns may stop the inquiry.
Buyer and authority
- Principal or end buyer cannot be identified
- Authority or mandate is vague or unverifiable
- Ownership or control is concealed
- Website, address and business activity conflict
Commercial structure
- Unrealistic price, volume or delivery demands
- Long chains of brokers or commissions
- Unexplained third-party banks or payments
- Pressure to transact before verification
Compliance and route
- Sanctions or high-risk-country concerns
- Route, destination or end use is unclear
- Requests to alter or omit documents
- Refusal to support lawful import or custody
Trade inquiry questions
Direct answers.
Clear expectations for prospective commercial buyers.
Who may submit a Kikan trade inquiry?
An identifiable business, institution, refiner, processor or properly authorized representative with a legitimate and defined commercial requirement may submit an initial inquiry.
Does Kikan publish available gold volumes or prices?
No. This website does not confirm inventory, allocation, volume, price, purity, origin or availability. Any commercial discussion is transaction-specific and subject to review.
What should a buyer include initially?
Identify the legal buyer, authorized contact, business purpose, product parameters, indicative quantity, destination, timing and broad execution requirements without attaching sensitive documents.
Does submitting proof of funds guarantee approval?
No. Financial-capacity information is only one part of counterparty and transaction review, and sensitive evidence should be provided only when requested through an approved process.
Can an intermediary submit an inquiry?
An intermediary must identify the principal, explain the relationship and support their authority. Kikan may require direct principal engagement and may decline unclear or excessively layered structures.
When does a trade inquiry become binding?
Only an authorized definitive agreement can create binding obligations. Website submissions, emails, discussions, indicative terms and draft documents do not by themselves create a transaction.
